We loved our courtyard villa! Nicely appointed and so very, very clean. Terrific location and wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for the four of us and our little dog. Thank you VIR.
The property was beautifully decorated and maintained. It had all the amenities anyone could want from the lovely dining set on the lanai to the golf cart and fully appointed kitchen. I would highly recommend this property and VIR Rentals to anyone.
Decided to go to Florida in June to see if it was too hot to live there. It was great. VIR was great. The house was wonderful it had everything I needed.
Hubs and I stayed at 1247 Tambourine Terrace for 9 nights. Although we'd brought extra's that we thought we'd need, the rental had everything and more. Need scissors? Need extra pillows? All we had to do was open a drawer or look in the closet. It was well stocked.
Fantastic vacation in The Villages
Rental was clean and ready. The furniture in the tv viewing area was very uncomfortable. In fact the orange sofa was actually broken down and one portion was unusable. The two chairs were quite uncomfortable too. The lighting in that area at night was poor. The toaster did not work properly or at all. The location of the unit was great and in close proximity to places. we went. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit soft, but ok for a month stay....not longer. Looking forward to staying with VIR in February!
This was our second rental with VIR. Communication was great and we really like the iPhone app as it makes it easy to find all the information we needed for our visit. The house was nice and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. A couple of things that were less than perfect (nit picking here) is that the kitchen cabinet doors and drawers were sticky - "wash your hands after touching them sticky".
