Sold on the VIR Group. We've found the perfect way to rent in The Villages! The location was great, the house immaculate, the amenities were perfect. Everyone we dealt with at VIR was friendly and helpful.
The villa was great. Well fitted out but we found the cooker to be of a poor design as you have to reach over the hot hob to switch everything off and could easily be burnt. The rest of the equipment etc., was fine. Up to us arriving at the villa my experience of using VIR was fine, however, once we arrived the customer care was somewhat lacking. VIR went out of their way to make this a warm welcome and so cozy, for our family, traveling over the holidays. I will always use them, when traveling to The Villages.
We had a great time and will rent again. VIR is a terrific company!
We just got home for a weeks stay on Tisbury. This property was absolutely beautiful. Very quiet property with short drive to the Brownwood square and not a long drive by cart to Sumter Landing. The VIR website app provided all the info we needed to get around the villages. Our purpose for the stay was to stay in a neighborhood in the Villages to see if this is where we wanted to live when we retire next year. We had previously stayed at the hotel for The weekend. The home we rented through VIR was perfect for our visit. Great location and in great shape. It had all the items needed for our stay, including the golf cart.
Thanks VIR. You guys do an amazing job. The shower head was the best I've ever experienced. I would put VIR against the Four Seasons any day of the week.
