I have had Insurance with State Farm for years and have never filed a claim. Last year , I made my first claim ever regarding my stolen lap top . I was given a few hundred dollars towards a new laptop. When my Insurance came up for renewal, I was dropped !!!! I guess State a farm will give you Insurance , but you are never allowed to make a claim. If you do? They will drop you !! This should be against the law !

On Wednesday, June 16, at 6:40 p.m., my son hit a pothole and flattened 2 of his tires. He called emergency roadside assistance, they told him that they would be there in 2 hours. To begin with, 2 hours on the side of the road is already excessive. As he waited and tried to find a place to get his tires repaired/ replaced, he checked back with emergency roadside assistance and they informed him that they would not be coming out. I would leave zero stars, if I could. A State Farm customer hit my parked car and didn't report it. I had to sit and look at HOURS of video to find out who did it. He wouldn't file the claim so I had to do it. I included the pictures, police report and everything. After they told me they just needed one more picture of measurement ground to damage, I took them and submitted them. When I called back, another guy told me that the claim was going to be denied because I should have had a witness. Horrible company. So glad I don'... read more

My family has used State Farm since my grandfather first got it so we've been with them a long time. Naturally I decided to use them for homeowners insurance for my first home. Beware, even if you file one claim, they will drop you. I also found out from another insurance company who is now receiving my business they have been overcharging me insurance for a single family home knowing it was a condo and the HOA covers the outside. Carol ******and her awesome staff Ms. Christy, Ms. Leslie, Ms. Darby and the others that I’ve had an experience with are amazing crew. They have always been very courteous since my Mother and I and family signed up for insurance with them. They always go out of their way to help. The customer service courtesy is phenomenal! They are very professional. They also are good at reminding us of upcoming payments by emails or courtesy calls. Thank you all for all you do.
