My husband and I have been with State Farm for more than 10 years for both cars and house insurance. We always pay both cars and house insurance 6 months in advanced and have never late on any bills. Sure hope that site notifies me when it's not required to leave an underserved star. State Farm sure is an amazing insurance company, they collect payments on time every month for years, nothing like filing a claim and them wasting as much of my time humanly possible, it's not personal, just business I guess. To speak to 10+ people and finally speak to one that says "there is no note in here to speak to a manager". Apparently, my desperate need for attention by calling and asking for assistance just wasn't enough. I've never... read more

I have had Insurance with State Farm for years and have never filed a claim. Last year , I made my first claim ever regarding my stolen lap top . I was given a few hundred dollars towards a new laptop. When my Insurance came up for renewal, I was dropped !!!! I guess State a farm will give you Insurance , but you are never allowed to make a claim. If you do? They will drop you !! This should be against the law !

I decided to get the ball rolling, I would start the claim with my own insurance thinking they would take care of me.
