Bad, really bad for you and not such a good neighbor! When it time to file a claim, you will be surprised that they will reduced your payout coverage and steal from you. Make it simple. They will replace half of a roof. Two 10 by 10 squares on my roof, Does that sound like full replacement? Hell No! It’s partial replacement and should I partial pay my deductible because they really don't want to replace whole thing. I had State Farm for years my particular agent was nice but the company they kept raising my premium and when I was rear ended by a driver driving under the influence I took my car to a shop that was their preferred. They gave back to me and I still had continual shaking and vibration when I reached certain speeds as well as when I stopped. They kept saying it was my rims and they fixed their part “there was NO frame damage.” So I went out and bought rims trying to fix the problem and it didn’t help. State Farm dropped us after 7 years of paying for insurance because we had two wrecks that weren’t our fault!!!! What a piece of shit company to do that to their customers.

State Farm is terrible! A semi truck insured by them (****** * ***********) left me on the freeway for dead. Accident happened in Nov. Adjuster accused me of lying. Said accident wasn't hit and run when it clearly stated it on accident report. Also newspaper and online headlines! Adjuster Sandra ********still giving me a hard time today with settlement. SMDH!!

This insurance company is nothing like it use to be. Loyal customer for 25+ years and here I am for the first time ever making a home owners claim for roof damage and I’m getting dragged through hell with this claims team trying to everything possible to blame it on something or someone else. They do not care one bit! Take their time and simply hope you just go away.
