I recieved a text message from StateFarm saying “ Hi, Christian, hope you are doing well! You just received a premium decrease of 23% and will see your bill drop by $279.84 a year on your upcoming 2010 Dodge Challenger renewal. You also received a premium decrease of 31% and will see your bill drop by $462.28 a year on your upcoming 2021 Kia Telluride renewal. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERICE BY OWNER AND AGENTS! I have been chewed out by agent Dede ******on at least one occasion. Owner Chad Haynes called at that time and apologized but agent never apologized. I called last night after hours after looking in my app and not seeing a policy, I had come back to the company after leaving for three weeks. When I talked to the after hours representative he said I didn’t have a policy in place. Definitely would not recommend using State Farm. I was recently informed by a reputable roofing contractor that the “preferred” companies State Farm suggested I use instead of “storm chasers” after the 2019 hail storm missed significant damage to my roof, gutters, and siding. The “preferred” contractors were on my roof for less than 15 minutes at the time and told me there was nothing significantly wrong and that I certainly didn’t need a new roof. Woman backed into me in a parking lot, hitting me on the middle of the driver’s door. Both of us are insured by State Farm. When she got out of her car she said it was her fault and that she was distracted by her child. I filed the claim with State Farm. A few days later I received notice that my claim was denied. I called the claims person and he said that they disagreed with her being liable. I said that she had admitted liability. He said she didn’t. I was at complete stop when I was rear ended by a state farm customer. She hit me going 40 plus miles an hour. She also hit 6 other vehicles. State Farm has failed to keep me updated as far as repairs, rental car etc They havent bothered to reach out regarding my accident. Last time I spoke with someo e, they obviously had no clue on how much this affects someone. I finally said forget about it and dropped my claim. I sure hope they find a better way of doing business
