My husband has Leukemia. I Iook him in to have his platelets checked at the Dallas VA ER yesterday. it took them approximately 6 hours to give him 2 units of platelets. great staff, LOUSY service
Once again I arrive at 10:40 for an 11:20 at the eye clinic and at 11:40 my name hasn’t been called. Tried to reschedule but the short round dude was more focused on his computer than a live person in front of him. He wasn’t on the phone and could have acknowledged me and I’ll be with you but no he didn’t do that. So once AGAIN I’m forced to leave

We thank G- d for the Drs and nurses and all the care My Dads received at the VA in Ft Worth and the Dallas VA and the Tucson VA❤️❤️❤️ and the Honor flight was very gratifying and Thank you !!! Allan Hokanson on my 95 th birthday🎂
okay place to go to when seeking medical help
The second time here for a dental procedure. 1. Room was filthy and blood on the floor. 2. Tech dropped tools on the floor, picked them up and placed them on the prep table. She just said “whoops.” 3. Dentist didn’t know what tooth was being extracted, he asked me so I told him to go read the chart. I left. This is Gross Negligence.
One of the best VA hospitals in the country. We’ve gone through a lot of positive changes. Ranked 4 out of 5 ❤️
