8 months trying to see a Cardiologist. This is the most incompetent, inefficient, inept system known to man
I had a 9am appt with the neurologist. Been way over an hour and I’m still waiting.
Good. Way better than going to the VA in Dallas.
They suck. 3 weeks of pain, finally get to see a doctor to be told by her that i get to see her again at the end of September since she can't diagnose the pain right now. Oh yeah and MRI' s are backlogged through September too. so I get to stay in pain until they get their act together. I'm so over it. I'm contacting their national office! no wonder veterans are committing suicides in their parking lots across the nation. Horrible service and the Dallas VA is as at the top of that list! I have been waiting since JULY 11th for an approval for my husband's CT scans who is enrolled in the community care program. There are people in your offices that are CANCELING orders to give the impression that they are "caught up" on their caseloads. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A MUCH NEEDED CT SCAN SCHEDULED FOR MY HUSBAND SINCE JULY 11TH!!! I have NEVER seen a more poorly run organization. I have spent HOURS upon HOURS every day on the phone. Currently No! They never answer the phones. It’s worst than ever for veterans. Was better in 2012

My husband is a MARINE Vietnam Veteran. He has been going to the VA in Dallas for about 17 years. He is in need of a kidney transplant. He does dialysis every other night. Without dialysis he will die!! We are there for 5 hours. Now after all these years they decided they can no longer see him. Said they made a mistake & shouldn’t have ever seen him to start with.
