Had to check my friend into in patient care. tried to find a way to buy a pack of underwear and have them taken up 1 floor so I didn't have to drive an hour each way with underwear when I wouldn't even be able to see him. after getting bounced all over the hospital there's no way to do it. Come on people, we have the technology.

They have good Doctors, Surgeons, years and staff
2 years and they still know nothing!
Supposed to have shots in my back this morning at 9:30 after 2 hour drive to get here told number 5 in line for 1.5 hour procedure so waiting time equals minimum 6 hours if lucky and they are also running behind 1 hr before they hope to start so maybe wait 8 hrs for appointment at 9:30 am WTF!!! And 2 hour drive home. Oh and choice program is no longer choice its at their discretion. The only problems I’ve had with the VA has been at the Dallas hospital, with the CT Scan & MRI Dept. Otherwise, Dallas VA & Denton VA have treated me very well.
I tried to get help for depression. The RN in the ER named "Derrick" was very rude to me and to the nurse who escorted me there. He talked to me like I was trash in front of people. He should be fired along with those who just watched how he spoke down to me!!! A doctor tried to get me to the ER and this guy does not deserve to work with veterans! He made me feel so small like I wasn't worth the trouble. I believe this is the reason why I will never go for mental health treatment here anymore. This is why Veterans kill thems... read more
extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the TBI clinic. my husband had an appointment at 9:30am, it is now almost 11am and the moron behind the desk did not tell the dr we were waiting, yet he kept calling to try confirm an appointment for someone who died in 2012. what the actual hell is going on in there? i get that they need people behind a desk, but this is unacceptable.
