Strongly considering moving to ft. worth even though it's a hour drive. this hospital is horrible. I have been trying to get in with the a specialty office for a severe issue I need surgery on, I'm very I'll and cant eat and cant get anyone to answer the phone, return my call etc. some parts have done me right while others blow my mind that they just flat act like we are non existant. :/
The VA Pharmacy sucks, especially telephone and myhealthevet refills. I cannot express how awful they are. And don’t ever use minuteclinic at CVS on Pineview in Virginia. Talk about a rude, obnoxious individual. The Bonham Pharmacy, and Greenville are just as bad. Personally I wouldn't even give them one star but that's the lowest rating. I'm going to refer back to the old saying you can put all the lipstickyou want on a pig but it's still a pig.
I am appending my original comment, as I was immediately contacted by the patient advocacy department. They took my comment seriously and have helped guide me and my family through this process in a very satisfactory manner. THANK YOU! Brother in law needs a pacemaker. It WAS approved but today you are saying “no”. I realize the VA is jacked up but letting people die is not the solution.
