used to great, caring care from our previous VA. since in the North Texas system all we get is the run around. Can't get prescriptions filled, can't get Choice care. How much sense does it make, if the nearest medical facility that provides the service needed is two hours away that we don't qualify because there is a facility that doesn't do the procedure close enough. Stupid.
My father received poor care at the va. Waited weeks for a hospice referral and hospital bed. In the mean time he passed away. Y’all suck and don’t care about veterans. Didn’t even give me enough portable oxygen bottles to take him to the doctor and the ones I did have leaked so I had to buy a 3,000 high concentration portable oxygen tank to take him to the doctor.
They are very attentive to my care!
