RecommendedProfessional Staff in all clinics who are always kind and attentive to my needs and always treat me with respect.
the operators always sound like they would rather be serving burgers at mc donalds, the wait time, (currently on hold) is never shorter than 25min, just to be transferred to another waiting machine... I would recommend implementing a call back system, I've called 4 times this week and have not been able to reach anyone in chiropractic, not sure if they are asleep or just don't care to answer, but all care has been halted until I can get ahold of them, extremely frustrating and failing system
#1thephone system doesnt work.l have 3 weeks and no one can find where my med. was shippedto! Now. lm out. and still they cant fine or replace my med. And my Dr. keeps telling me. they are already mailed. WHAT TO DO.
86 year old veteran went to the ER today with a shattered right shoulder . he was told to come back Thursday when you have an appointment with the heart specialist . for a follow up . What is wrong with you people ?
They treat veterans as substandard citizens. You would think they treated us as Active Duty service members but I guess we finished our duty so we do t deserve any better. All providers, front desk people seem annoyed that we even go and don’t act like is their job. They act like they are volunteers and see a bunch of malingering Soldiers rather than VA employees getting paid to provide a service. This place is terrible! You don’t get the care you need. I was in an accident and hurt my left shoulder. I went to my PCP said we can only do so much. I have had to request a referral to the orthopedic or an MRI. I been misdiagnosed several times and have a broken arm. Its taken over two months just to get an MRI. Ive asked for copies of my images and they just give me blank discs. The lack of care this hospital has is ridiculous.
My dad has been going here for years and loves the care he gets. Dr. Haque is his primary doctor. He gives my dad the best care and treats him with great respect. Today I went with my dad for a bone marrow biopsy. We checked in on the 4th floor at outpatient surgery. He went from there to radiology then back to out pt. Surgery for recovery. His nurses were Erik and Mai (spelling?). They did a fabulous job of taking care of my dad, even when his nervousness made him not so agreeable.
