My husband gets everything he needs here. He loves his doctor and we know exactly where to go to get his benefits.
Husband went in feeling quite ill. Stopped by his PCM as it didn’t seem too dire. Waited 2 hours to be seen only to be told to go to the ER. Waited there well over 2 hours to even be called back. I call this unsatisfactory.
RecommendedA lot more staff to assist, you to maybe cut down on wait time, other than that my visits have went very well, doctor and staff seem to care about there patient.

Spent 3 hours on hold today, how do I post a screen shot on here of how long the call was?
This is my 1st time at the VA in Dallas. They are not patient friendly here at all. My question is why schedule me for a 645 lab appointment if I’m not going to get in at that time???? There had to be at least 100 other Veterans here waiting for lab for the same time
Constant ringing phones, transfers, crazy hold times and unfriendly people make me hate dealing with yall. Takes an hour or so just to get a simple answer and the "dont have time to help you" attitude makes you realize just how unimportant we really are... Thanks.
I hate the VA . Second time not being called in advanced to tell me my appointment has been cancelled. I hate having my time wasted.
