I have been on hold for 5 hrs, yes that’s right FIVE HOURS and STILL HOLDING to renew a prescription that I can’t go without.

outstanding the staff at Nuclear medicine had me in and out in 2 Hours ..and they are professionals .. my appt was at 715 on May 10th. Outstanding all around...thank you for what you do. The Dallas VA hospital never lets me down. They treat my dad like royalty from the moment he walks through the doors until he leaves. The doctors and nurses are exceptionally knowledgeable and so patient!!! Highly recommend this VA hospital.
Yesterday, April 23 2019 I had a Biopsy at N.Dallas HCS Lancaster ST. In the urology Department. Sadly I don't know the Awesome Drs. name, but Donald was my nurse and procedure assistant! The Medical team made me feel during those perhaps 15 minutes that I mattered to them as more than just a patient, but a human being who was uncomfortable getting the procedure done. health care team is great
My father was sent home with a severe uti and obstruction after waiting 8 hours to be seen. I had to call 911 the very next morning due to my father being 10 times worse . He was taken to Dallas Regional Medical Center and They saved his life!!! US Vietnam Veteran being tossed back and forth!!! SAD SAD SAD We are still waiting for an appointment with the Urologist!! If my father dies I will make sure the World knows and someone pays!!!!!!
