Like all the VA it’s bad. Many options are not available to a veteran that works Monday thru Friday.
I checked in at 10:40 for my eye appointment. It’s after 1:00 and still haven’t seen the doctor. Gonna be a long Day.
I came in today (29 August), bright and early to get My ID card issued to me. After waiting 45 minutes to be seen, even though there was only myself and another gentleman there, I get told that the ID card system was down, and that I should wait around for an hour, check back in (which means waiting another 30-45 minutes AT MINIMUM) just to see IF the system is back up. Many services are good, Clinic service is seriously bad for some clinics.
After nine years of being told that my knees were fine, they finally took an MRI and found out that they're not fine. Now I'm getting the runaround about getting something done about it. Do I have to wait another nine years?
I have several Drs at this facility. always top notch, always professional.
I receive infusions every 6 months and the personnel at the Infusion Center are absolutely awesome! They go out of their way to make everyone welcome and comfortable! Great job!
