The wait time is now at 2:55+. When I got on the phone there were only three people ahead of me. And this is not the first time. In fact, I’ve never once gotten a nurse on the line when I’ve tried this service. I keep trying thinking you’ll fix it, but nope. Pathetic. You need to get your crap together.
RecommendedParticularly good for anyone with multiple health problems. All the care is coordinated and all the medical providers there have access to all your records in one place. They also appear to have a very active continuous quality improvement program.
Today's visit second time ER restroom dirty. Prescription unfilled. Patient advocacy should be the last to leave during a workday. VA patients can report to try to improve healthcare issues.

RecommendedWe've had good and bad service here. It really all depends on the doctor and nurse you get at time of check in or appointment. Considering our recent encounter with my husband's health, it's been very scary. He was misdiagnosed and forgotten about with his latest illness. He requested for a new doctor, and so far she has been excellent! But it is still a Government facility, and they don't care about our Veterans as much as they should. When I moved to North Texas in 2018, I enrolled at the Plano Clinic, with Dr. Le. She was cool for just going into get your maintenance medication and move on with your life. She told me that I was over due for my PAP. That was cool. I asked her, who does the PAP's and she indicated that she would do them. Additionally, her bed side manner was horrible.
