2 hours and 38 minutes on the phone, on hold, or transfered to random people that have absolutely no clue. I have been seen by the VA since 2005, 100% disabled and only trying to get records transfered to Texas from WV. This is why VETS go to civilian health care, The Greenville and Bonhom VA were absolutely no help as was the Dallas eligibility office.
i attended an excel/statistics/data displaying class in Dallas, Texas..Boot Camp..Mr. Robinson was so motivated in his VA training...looking at the bigger picture....trying to promote everyone in the country to have the same guidance

They've helped me even though I don't have a service or non-service connected disability.
Primary care is the biggest joke! I have been trying for a couple of weeks to get a prescription reauthorized that I have been taking for 8 and a half years through secure email to my primary care physician with no success, I have called the clinic, etc. and been routed around an email purgatory without success. All the while listening to these fraudulent recordings about "talking to your health care team" about issues relating to health. There is not health care team! Had a recent appointment with radiology at the Dallas VA. My appt was at 2 and I showed up at 1. I was in there and out by 1:45. I have always had nothing but a positive experience here.
So far all our experiences have been pleasant. Yes, there have been waits, but there are waits at all the other major hospitals in Dallas. The people we've encountered have mostly been courteous and attentive and offered services before we asked. We have no complaints.
Why in the fuck do you guys even schedule appointments if you show up on time and have to wait for over an hour to get seen. IF a doctor is behind schedule you fuckers could at least give someone a courtesy call before hand. To top it off your patient customer service is horrible!
