This is the worst VA Hospital I've ever attended across this country. They have the rudest employees or staff members I've ever ran across in any business in this world. I say this because it's true. I waited three year for my eye care had go to private Dr. Have a bad left knee from my combat wound back in the day, and the Otho Dr. Say you will be fine and walk off! So again went to a private sport Dr and they said I need help, I am one of the ones that is retire with insurance and SS help for great care for me, Now the Fort Worth VA Clinic I like better they to have more concern for me
This is a shitty way to treat people who have fought for our country and our freedoms, the freedom for these half ass drs to go to college and make entirely too much money to ignore the patients there. My dad is there dying, in pain and they wont give him anything until they talk to the dr who they have called every 15 mins, all day today and the over paid no respect bastard wont even return the calls. There is a special place in hell for people who disrespect our veterans!
The worst healthcare, no accountability for the poor service and treatment (or lack of). I can't afford it but I have no choice but to somehow pay out of pocket as my kidneys, spleen have been giving me issues since before Christmas and I finally get an appointment in February. They did labs and spent 15 minutes with me when it is an hour slot as it was my first visit. Told me my next appointment would be in April. When did it become acceptable to treat those who have fought for our freedom, with such disrespect. To see the condition of the area, as well as the lack of compassion from those who work there towards these men and women is astounding. I'm still waiting, 10 hours later, to see if my family members needs have even been evaluated. When I last checked he's exactly where he was 10 hours ago waiting to be seen. My husband has a traumatic brain injury. The hospital called the VA Dallas to transfer him into the VA system for treatment and rehabilitation, and the Head of the VA Hospital NEVER returned the multiple calls made by the hospital doctor - a highly regarded specialist in the field of brain injuries!! Disgraceful. Thank goodness the State of Texas has the DARS program, or my husband would be getting no rehabilitation!!
