Hardly any wait time. People were very helpful. Dr was really nice he took plenty of time for us.
Wait 2.5 hours to get a 5 minute ct exam done on 11/7.
It looks like it is now going to take over a year to create my false teeth at the Dallas VA Medical Center.... unbelievable... do they meet the 30 day appt requirement ....no way....next available appt is not until Feb 2017!..... this is outrageous....Dental Care at the Dallas VA is a complete mess!
The healthcare staff was very helpful and professional during the treatment of my infected tonsil. The quality and condition of the interior facility needs a facelift improvemnent though.
Dont get me wrong, im not happy with the VAHCS but they are all i got. So when things that I dont like happen, I get results from the next in command i.e. supervisor' s, dept. heads....Thanks to the Dental clinic felt like i had laughing gas. Wish i could think of their names. And I even got in on a cancellation. Thank you!
Five years ago I sustained a back injury while in the reserves. To this day, the VA has done nothing short of call me a liar and it's your imagination, that I'm in constant pain. I file complaints after complaints to no avail. Even the director received a complaint. Only to fall on deaf ears. After my appointment at PM&R, I told her and her intern it's been five years and I still have not gotten answers to my constant back pain. Her reply was, "look to god for answers". I have received my healthcare here since 1997; my healthcare team is great. I have always been treated promptly and with the utmost dignity. I am a RN who has civilian health insurance and could go elsewhere but I prefer to pay out-of-network to use the VA. #clinic3rocks #savedmylife #bestcareever
