How did my father have an appointment 4 months ago, but they seemed to miss the STAGE 4 LUNG CANCER! SO NOW I JUST WATCH MY DAD WITH OVER 32 YEARS OF SERVICE , DIE EVERY SINGLE DAY . FUCK THE VA DONT TAKE YOU LOVED ONES THERE!! THEY ARE KILLERS AND DONT GIVE A FLYING FUCK ABOUT THE VETS!!! TRASH TRASH TRASH TRASH TRASH TRASH TRASH
The staff is very caring of the Veterans it is the politics of the wait time and parking issues, so many service men and women with serious health issues!!! They need faster service and a transportation system to make the areas less congested
My husband has received EXCELLENT care while at Dallas VA Hospital! The staff has been caring and present to his needs. Post-op care was truly incredible!
3 appointments in and out of all in two and a half hours. Wow...
I am not very satisfied with the lack of continuity of care. Its understandable that the VA utilizes medical residents as it is a teaching Hospital but we're talking about peoples lives and their quality of life. With not being able to see the same provider at each appointment it is frustrating to have to explain over and over again symptoms, aches, and whatever may be going on at that time. I love the VA. I just found out I can go to the new one in Plano and I already have an appointment in January. I live in Richardson, so I'm happy.
My Husband and I go to Dallas V,A. HOSPITAL 2 TIMES A WEEK have been for a year or more ....NEVER had a bad situation .1 or 2 times we have had a rude clerk,my husband is beyond pleased with his physician never any complaints .yesterday day he had Day Surgery and everybody was so helpful and very Professional all went seemless we have never experienced any of the "HORROR " stories that people talk about.we love this place.
I'm sitting in the emergency room. For my left knee that was injured 11 years ago I have a rating of 70%. My knee is swollen up to the size of a grapefruit and the Dr. didn't even look at it she took blood and and said go to you private Dr. I've been trying to get an MRI for 11 years now. This is unbelievable I guess I need to get an attorney.
I took my brother in on Christmas day, They saw him immediately. The Doctors, nurses and staff were great. The VA took wonderful care of both of my parents when they were alive. I have never had a problem with this facility.
