Same day surgery very professional and courteous. Was there yesterday at ortho and a patient was confused or something wasnt working right they appeared agitated. She was pro level patient with him, more than I could have been. Remember, these people work hard for us. Not everything is sunshine and rainbows but they are trying. Maybe ease uo on the perpetual whinefest if something goes wrong. What was right. I checked in for my appt. 1 hour early gotnin and out 30 mins early. Good job on the knee Dr VanHal.
This place has come a long way the staff and volunteers are very friendly and helpful
Not like the VA in Topeka, Ks. But for Texas it's ok.
Timely....Information on Procedure was Excellent....
The staff at the lab, radiology, pharmacy, and PC clinic 4 were all very nice and professional. They all took the time to answer my questions and provide additional information/directions.
You always have to wait and I mean wait!! Nonsense
I have been using the VA since 07 in that time there has only been 4 occasions when I spent more than 25 minutes waiting for an appointment. 3 of the 4 was do to some emergency the staff informed me and give me a choice of waiting, seeing another Dr or setting another appointment. the 4th was just more problems with people taking longer for appointments than was planned for. with the current outside appointment I have concerned that the VA will be privatized which would mean loosing, what I consider the best health care in t... read more
Great bunch of professionals assisting me to be a healthy veteran. I still see some attitudes on administrative help ... if they do not like their jobs, quit and look for a job that they'll enjoy �. Hooah!
