This is a review of administration. My insurance company wanted diagnosis codes and medical codings to pay. Went to release of information. They said they didn't do that, I had to go to billing. Went to billing but they didn't have that on their invoice/statement. Billing wanted me to take a means test. Hell, I don't want to declare bankruptcy, I just want to pay my bills and get my insurance to provide the service I'm paying for. No wonder this is turning into an entitlement country.
Would give these fools a negative 100 but it is what it is

Dr. COMPTON in the ER Dept. is EXCELLENT & INFORMATIVE!! He actually "Listens" & addresses "ur" complaints! I WISH he could be my Primary Doctor, his bedside manner is Comforting! Dr. COMPTON keep doing what ur doing!!
Day surgery staff and doctors were awesome! My husband had surgery and they kept me informed about his procedure. They made sure my husband had everything that he needed. Both his nurse's was very helpful with getting his prescription after his surgery and taking him to the car. Smiles and very happy people. Thank you all very much for such great service because my husband gave such great service to our Country! Grateful and appreciative!�

I think what the VA Hospital should do is hire veterans to handle talking to other vets at the desk we can sympathize with our own kind civilians just don't understand. They treat us like a for a problem with no respect. They are just there punching in and punching out. The staff needs to go through training on how to talk to people a lot of them are rude and they just cut you off take a number sit down....

Dr. Jones at clinic 14 is the worst. The pharmacy is all over the place. Unbelievably unprofessional and incompetent.
Thank you to the nurses and doctors at the Women's Clinic for always going above and beyond the call of duty to help cure what ails me, and educate me along the way.
