Let's see, arrived ER at 1430 on Sunday. Got in to ER to see a Dr at 1730, 2 more hours to be seen by doctor, then did ultrasound for blood clots. Then laid in ER until about 2200 before doctor came by to explain no clots and not sure what I had in my leg, looked to me like the cellulitis I had back in October was back. Finally at 2230 doctor came back to release me and sending me home with antibiotics. Finally got out of night pharmacy around 2300 or so. Are you kidding me! 9-10 hrs for all of this? Go on a Saturday, when employees don't have a million other patients.
Very helpful. Professional. When dealing with any office this large you must have patience
I tried to see a different doctor for my pain medicine and had to go to emergency room got a good dr. Spent a day getting done had to stay over night couldn't get a ride home till 8 next day police ran me &other veterans off the ground said we could not be on our property we served why.
I had a good visit with my Doctor yesterday....looking forward to working closely with him soon on a long awaited approved procedure....I also enjoyed my EKG and the fun people in that department, they made me laugh hard!, wish I remembered there names....their gift of humor really brightened my day! EVERYBODY I had contact with was really enjoyable! Something new is going on at The North Texas VA and I really like it! Keep it up NTVA!!!
Don't have any problems, Get my appointment, they call few days ahead make sure you remember or if need to change always taken care of !! Only thing the PARKING , NOT Good even though they have a parking Garage
All ways like going there for my health care cause it's taken care of in 1day and one trip unless for follow ups on a condition
The parking sucks Drove around for 30 minutes and ended parking way, way in the back. Totally oppisite to where I had to go in. People parking up on the curbs, in areas not marked for parking. And not a damn ticket on any of them.
Trying to get dental implants but they say they have to pull my teeth first. Then wait for them to see if they will approve it. This might take 6 months to a year...but while they are taking their time you continue to lose bone. Then they come back and say there is not enough bone to do the implants. This is what we 100% vets have to go through all of the time. Last time they took teeth out they that they would replace them...it has been three years and still nothing. Now they want to do it again.
