The desk personnel are the ones that cause this rating. I have never had a problem with the actual medical personnel. Ex. yesterday arrived at 830 for a 9 am appt. Checked in for my EEG and at 940 asked if I was forgotten. Recepttionist directed me to another receptionist who just happened to leave for awihle. Mind you they sit at the same desk. Starting with the day of my sister's surgery in the waiting area, Brenda was informative & added humor to a room full of family with a lot of anxiety. All the Nurses on 4C were compassionate, caring & profession. They are all so appreciated. When she was discharged the escort was so kind. Other than the general surgeon, Dr. Huth who was impossible to get any information from as he wasn't interested or cared in sharing how the surgery went (which was serious). All the extra parking!!!! This was a major issue you can now take off the list!!! Met my new PA and she was great and my prescription didn't take as long.... Really great experience.
Hmm, well ya'll can't or don't know how to diagnose a rash I reported to ya'll in October, still no answers or treatment of said rash. Twice over medicated me , using steroids, then argued with me about it, that was two years ago or so. Apparently appointment times don't mean anything to ya'll other than generating paperwork. The things that are not relative to the current diagnosis are what ya'll pursue. Why? I give up. I do what I have to in order to get what I need done and I get out of there. I live in fear that I'll die in there. My last visit taught me another lesson. The pharmacy has changed. I sat for 1.5 hrs waiting to see my name on the screen not knowing you have to "check-in" first.... Ok I open up my meds and it wasn't mine. I should have checked before I drove away.
