Some people complain about the quality of care at the Dallas VA. I have always been treated with respect and my medical needs have been met to my satisfaction. I think they are doing a great job serving the veterans in North Texas.
The VA has been real helpful to me up to this point taking care of almost all my needs except getting kick back on a disability claim I got outside test done and then they tested me some now I'm. Denied now I got to put appeal the decision and wait at least a two-year waiting period. But other than that it's been good to me.
Great place they always treat me right. And they are warm & caring staff.
Haven't had that many problems as some have at least not as much, I think I have great Docs the one yesterday in onoco I think was great, the other Doc that I think that is SUPER is Doc Ellis, these Doctors in my opinion are 2 of the best, I have changed PC now a couple of times and seems like when I find a great one they have moved to some other field, but do agree the biggest problem is the ones who you check in with
Once I got over the fact that I had been waiting since 9:30am and procedure began with me being carted into operating room with at least 7 medical personel around 5:00pm, they made me feel special. Pain free procedure and being able to hear all communication between them made me so comfortable. #iamhappy.
The provider in Clinic 4 was rude and very impersonal! I drove 40 min to get there and appt was over in 10 min! He probably can't tell you what I looked like. Smh!! #DALLASVASUCKS!!!
BEST CARE ANYWHERE! Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
First time to visit the VA. Went to get my photo ID card. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Was great to see America's military getting first class treatment.
