Tyler VA, TX sux! I have high blood pressure, had it since I was 19, and the morons cancelled my meds! The nurse from Tyler va called and said my meds were cancelled because my last bp reading was normal. No shit dick Tracy, it's because I take lisinipril to control the bp since I was 19 yrs old. The VA Hospital have given me exaclent service starting with filing for my disability that I was awarded was that a blessing. The Mental Health Teams provided me with # 1 service with my personal health issues. My primary care Doctor provided me with good service montioring my health conditions keeping me updated with all my doctor's appointments. I received housing assistance through Hud-Vash- program offered to the homeless veterans. I also worked in the TWC program work therpy program twice enjoyed working around the Vet... read more
Ducking horrible and lawsuit is about to happen so ... yeah
It sucks its not even hurry up and wait, they are rude, crude not helpful. At all.
I will have to say waiting for lab work was quite long and not enough seats for our veterans to wait over an hour for their blood work. But most of the staff was friendly.
Not only is it incredibly hard to get an appointment that isn't MONTHS out, but when we are actually here ( 30 minutes like y'all ask) and its a hour and a half PAST the appointment time and we've yet to be seen. What in the actual hell is wrong with this system?? I'm used to hurry up and wait but good lord, this is pathetic.
They were great. People nice and out in about 3 hours. I thought it would be later. Admin guy asked me if i was cold and got me a blanket. Talked with him for a min, nice guy. Out dated and in a really bad area but overall good.
They need to get that lab together...My Dr. Is pretty good!
My appointment yesterday with my dermatologist was perfect. She is one of the best Doctors in their department. However, when she came into my room she had to use the hand sanitizer. She apologized and stated that the hand sink had not worked in several days and maintenance had not fixed it as they needed a work order reguest. Really. REALLY.
