I have a great primary care team. Always attentive and going above and beyond to attend to my needs. My visits to other clinics have gone smoothly as well. On time and very friendly
not happy at all, I keep being told try this or we can't do anything about that, I don't know--it's not in my head, I suffer thru pain on a daily basis that I would not wish on my worst enemy. I wouldn't even give it 1 star if there was anything lower.
Always take great care of my husband! Would love to thank his surgeon Dr. Lamarie for being with us every step of the way toward his care and healing process! She is awesome! �
It is a lot better than it was in the 70s. But they could still make improvements in some areas. I'm sure they know where.
I was able to get everything that I had set out to do accomplished.
Every time I go to Dallas VA or Fort Worth I have no issues getting in on time or early.
I've only had minor issues until yesterday! Had to see a doctor I didn't know because my PCP was out. Lady was extremely hard to understand. Had to repeatedly ask her to repeat herself slower and louder. Never once did she cover any reason for why I was there. Have chronic back and hip pain. Told her of a new problem with severe itching on lower legs and soreness and burning on the bottom of both feet. Nothing. Asked desk for another appointment---April 18th. Too long to be in pain.
All I want to say if you have come to the VA recently you will notice the massive construction, This was an preimpted beginning from President Trump. Medical policy changes, construction of a massive ER expansion. Scheduling of unrealistic timelines are changing as well ; waiting on surguries for years, eyeglasses 2 months is yesterday tomorrow . "Change gonna come" Awesome changes is coming !
I am blessed to have my healthcare through the VA North Texas Health Care System. They have always been good to me and taken good care of me. They are sometimes busy but when I go to the VA in Dallas, I usually meet up with my niece so while waiting, I can catch up with her. I love the vendors too. They have lots of neat items to look at.
