I would rate this VA 5 stars but when I have had to deal with the ER when I go in because of a seizure or migraine, the staff who checks you in are not kind at all. That's the last thing that I want to deal with when I have had a seizure or have a migraine
Haven't been to VA in almost a year in a half. And boy the parking space is sooo much harder to find then before. As far as appt goes, I think its better, you don't have to wait 4 months to see a doctor anymore. They have more dates that are available the same months. I liked that because I used to hate scheduling appt and by the time it comes around u been forgot about it. Overall I love VA. Been going there for over 4 years now and seems like I know so many people up there and it's nice to run into them and chat.
Hey! Victory is not biting your tongue while eating. That is (thankfully) one thing Dr. page accomplished with today's visit. I am appreciative to she & Lorita for excellent service this afternoon. Next visit, just after the 4th of July, Independence Day. Two visits left.
I have going to the V.A sence 76.have felt that DALLAS and the Tyler P.C have done me right.i have had to drop my last P.C Have now been in enrolled in theVeternsChoice Program,a DOC in a clinic got it all started for me,not my P.C,Withing the space of 2 mounths,i had a civie Doc and a Spec andany tests run and with the V.A disc on my had a surgery on the 23 of November,i had been diaganozed with this problem pre 95,Tri west took care of me and did everything they said they would do,
I' ve been going to the Va in Dallas for 3 Yeats there are some good points and bad but I have seen improvement in facility there always gonna be rude people on staff for whatever the reason that's just people in general they have good days and bad also and sometimes we aren't so nice I don't know what you can do about the parking situation more parking you have the more full it gets but the people in clinic 3 are nice and pleasant thank you staff and doctors
During my time waiting to see the doctor, you could hear the staff talking about the veterans who came in for treatment and it was very unfortunate to hear the rude comments that were made... I waited 12 hours in the ER to see a doctor and was immediately admitted once the doctor finally had time to see me... Once admitted the doctors and RNs were great but the tech staff was a bit unprofessional; in which they argued with each other in my room and took over an hour to come to aid when my call light was on... I am beyond grateful for free health care. God has blessed me with a new caring Doctor plus by His grace, I have seen all my Doctors in the same month. I won't complain! Amen
Our visit was at 12:30 got there about 1145had trouble finding where after 3 tries we finally got there by 12. Got in visit at12:15. Took care then worked us into another Dr so we wouldn't have to come back soon,we live 2 hours away just one way. We got out about 245. So it was a great visit don't have to make another till new leg is ready should be about 2 week. Otherwise we would've had to come back after thanksgiving then after Christmas. I have been to three va's none of them are perfect this has been the best one every time I have a question my doctors have a answer maybe some people just might have to change there provider to get the same great service I get
