Wait times are ridiculous. Staff is always rude. Our Vets deserve better than this ghetto hospital.
VA is going dowhill. They do NOT care about the health and well being of our Veterans. We are always getting the run around, and I have to call everyday for weeks and leave messages just to get my husband's doctor or nurse to call back. I could go on & on...............
Things went very smoothly during my appointment. The VA Healthcare professionals were top top-notch and courteous. They explained everything to me and were prompt and on time. I have had good experiences at the VA and appreciate the improvements I have experienced with this system over the past 13 years.
I guess I go to a different VA than a lot of others. I have nothing but praise for all the folks in the Bonham and Dallas VA. They are always pleasant and ready to help me. I have been admitted twice, had CT scans, PET scan, stints put in my chest, cancer removed from my tongue and arm and general health care and I am completely happy. Sure the people are human and have off days. That's when I try to make their day better with a smile and a kind word. Thanks Dallas and Bonham VA staff, I appreciate you!
We we scheduled for MRI today 9/22/16 got here and they took us right in. Apointment 3:30 we just walked out 5:48 because attendants just sitting around and the room was backed up at least 6 patients waiting and no one working! We live 100 miles away they could get better help and equipment or at least reschedule
Never have had a problem with the VA however 2 hours to fill a prescription is a little ridiculous but other then that I give them 4 stars
Horrible nurses gave my diabetic dad waaaaaayyyyyy to low of insulin and which sent him into diabetic shock could have killed him. This place is a fucking joke!
Over an hour away - some coming from as far as Oklahoma as it is the closest one for them. Why can't you have smaller healthcare clinics? Having people drive hours, to sit and wait long past their appointment times could be cut if you wouldn't put so many in one location and break it up into smaller locations. Why are specialists only in what is considered to be the "major" hospitals? For many, these long drives are a nightmare, prevents family from being able to go to the doctor with their loved ones - because of it usually... read more
