HERE WE GO AGAIN ......FILE MY INCOME TAXES AND BOOOOOM THE VA TOOK $700.00- I get $195.00. I MAKE $50.00 PAYMENTs EVERY MONTH -IS ALL I CAN PAY. THE VA DID THIS LAST YEAR AND WE WERE TOLD ME NEED TO MAKE AT LEAST $50.00 PAYMENT IN GOOD FATH AND THEY WOULD NOT TAKE OUR INCOME TAX. Genevieve Warnke, a LEAD MSA/Supervisor for Fort Harrison Montana Veteran Affairs (VISN 19) had an inappropriate sexual relationship with an MSA Genevieve supervised and had time card authority, Jordan Griffith. This was reported to VISN 19 Leadership in September of 2015. I made an effort to talk to Dr. **** before getting started. Before I could talk, he proceeds to tell me what he's ordered for me. I decline his orders and again try to calmly explain what has been happening and that I cannot hold my mouth open for extended periods of time. He rudely on several occasions asked me if I wanted to cancel the appointment or let him look in my mouth for two minutes. He was a jerk! A doctor told my father he was at the top of the list to get a pacemaker. Another doctor came and made sure it wouldn't happen; there really needs to be a complete reconfiguration of the system for the VA hospitals. It is a shame the doctor decided to prematurely discharge my father on Veterans day, he needed more recovery time.
I haven't been to hospital yet. It took 30 minutes to get an operater to answer then they transferred me & the phone just rang & rang. This is horrible service people!!!!!!
I have been trying to reach the pharmacy for refill for 3 days for my husband! Horrible! Either it just rings or they keep routing me back or they are not taking calls!
My husband has been using the VA-Dallas since 2010. His physician is excellent and has taken very good care of him. Last year he fell and broke 3 bones in his left wrist...he was seen immediately, surgery was scheduled, excellent surgeon in the hand clinic, and fantastic follow up! As of today (a year later), he has 90% use of his hand and at 65 years of age, it is better than we could have hoped for before the surgery.
