I can't begin to tell how Ashamed I am of the treatment that was given at this ER last night!! As a medical professional, I have certain expectations, and yet understand how long it takes for all wheels to turn. I came to the area 2013. Appointments cancelled and I not notified till arrival. I was told no eye care till I met primary care. Primary cancelled on me numerous times. Had meltdown v.a denied me care. and now refusing to pay bill had to go elsewhere. Disability denied. I have issues but cant get help. Does the v.a offer jag services? please respond. Joya Walker
MY BROTHER RECEIVE TREATMENT FROM VA. HE'S HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I'M GRATEFUL THAT THE GOVERNMENT HAS STEP UP IN COMMITMENT TO SERVICE IT'S HEROES OF DESTINY!!!!

The VA is a find organization I don't believe I would be alive today
I have copd and I have to make a trip to the emergency room more often than I want. I was there Sunday for the afternoon and I always have been treated with the highest regards and respect. I solute the nurses, doctors, in the ER because I know e are not always the perfect patience. I would like to tell you I appreciate you I know to a lot of you Its not just a job. Thank You
After spending the majority of my free time at the local VA hospital. I had one of the best doctors in clinic 2 Dr.Brown she was awesome. I never lack for any consults request, medication refills, and or general care procedures conducted under her medical supervision. My doctor worked diligently for 10 + years to make sure I had the best care offer from clinic 2 as well as platinum team with my social worker, psychologist, and psychiatrist on duty at all times. Been trying for 8 hours straight to get a hold of someone that can help me. Someone will pick up tell me they can't help and cant transfer and there's nothing they can do or the call just disconnects for no reason. Currently the phone has been ringing for 1 hour 9 minutes and 36 seconds at the Pharmacy trying to reach someone. The national pharmacy support line couldn't help (but were very nice) the spine clinic can't help and I can't get a hold of the person or people that can.
