Awesome attentive care and treatment from registrar to each department I had to go to. Upcoming appointments are within one week. Very satisfied!
Having been there several times with family members I can honestly say I wouldn't take my worst enemy there unless I wanted his/her death. The wait times are unbelievable, and the manner in which veterans or their family members are treated is deplorable. I truly wonder if some of the physicians have active licenses ... if they do they should be investigated by the board!

I've been going to the VA for just over a year, and haven't had any issues. Very friendly and helpful staff. But I think a few additional lab techs wouldn't hurt. Now, the food at the Canteen... Can we get a lot less grease and a little more flavor?
Funny. I guess the VA tracked my GPS on my cell. I get a random survey asking my opinion on the Dallas VA the same time I am visiting.
Parking.... seriously!
My wife has always received excellent care at the Dallas VA.
