Most of the staff I have ran into and my primary care provider have been friendly and helpful, no complaints about them. The women's clinic... that's another story. My doctor there did not listen to a word I said about an imbalance I have. Especially the part where I told her certain medications give me worse side effects. Guess what I got in the mail today?? The one god damn prescription I specifically said gave me the worst side effects. Thank you Womens Clinic! I love being more uncomfortable than I already am..... -_-
The facility is okay but the executive management sucks!

You hear bad things about the VA hospital. But it has been there twice when I needed them,so it saved my life twice some people are asshole but a lot of people would be dead if not for them!!!
Great job, my powerchair broke down, it's over 5 years old, within 8 days the Dallas V. A. Had a NEW powerchair delivered to my door in Malakoff, TX. Fastest turn around ever, wheelchair repair is on top of it, GREAT JOB,
I have been using the VA health system for many years. I have no complaints. I have had surgery and other medical assistance with no complaints.The medical staff has been excellence. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about their position. Paul Mason
I've never been happier with the care I received for my throat cancer at the Dallas VA. The whole process was a positive one that I will remember forever. Just completed my bi-monthly inspection and want to say a special thanks to Dr. Wadjaja in ENT#9 who made my day with her positive attitude and care.
Awesome place. My dad stays all week for cancer treatment and is able to go home on Friday afternoon and back on Sunday night. He has his own little room that looks like a Hotel room. It's nice and comfy just for our fam to relax when we visit.
And they dont even deserve one star. The lack of care and attention for the patients at this place is ridiculous . Had my father in law here for 1 day and these people managed to skip his breakfast and disnt give him lunch till 3 all caus ethey forgot! The person who drew his blood left the elastic around his arm for over an hour cause they forgot...the nurses are rude and have no problem at all letting there lack of interest or care show.
