I have a personal resentment..........................
It was a waste of my time. Dr. Gudapati couldn't explain me anything that it was wrong or if there was anything wrong with me. Hard to understand. Overall experience horrible. My worst experience ever since I start visiting or using either the VA Clinic in Huntsville or VA Medical Center in Birmingham.
Personally, I have always gotten excellent service with the VA (Birmingham, Al). As in any hospital, I get lost in the maze of halls but employees there are always quick to ask if I need help. I have noticed they are remodeling and evolving to improve their service to us VETS. Plus there was no shortage of "have a blessed day" from all.
They were very helpful and they assisted me in everything I needed.
The staff was friendly to me on my monthly visit to clinic for shots. It was awesome.
They help me a whole lot since i came to the va here in birmingham.. There so great!!
It's a shame when you get lab work done then you can't get your meds because your results aren't in because that lab has lost you Urine sample it's sad that these supposed to be professional Dr's and nurses can't keep up with a bottle of pee now I have to spend time off work and spend gas just to the lab work all over it's pitiful SMH in dismay
VA hospital treated my husband like he was royalty. The nurses in 5 B were there every time he needed anything and even checked to make sure I had everything I needed like a blanket etc. I have to say Birmingham AL VA Hospital really seems to care about the Veterans and I just wanted to say a great big thank you
And waiting at the VA for over an hour after being told by telephone this morning. That's my 96-year-old father-in-law was ready for pick up. I'm waiting for the one person who can sign his release to get back from her one and a half hour lunch. No wonder people are disgusted with the VA
