Worst exsperience ever... first UPMC Jameson the UPMC presby. They did not wash our family members hair in over a month. And now we have to deal with bed sore from getting it at presby... nasty ass hospitals.
Long wait in endoscopy. Procedure time was 1:15 pm didnt go bk untill after 3pm. To explain and be fair, there weren't many other patients, but they had told us they ran into complications w/the patient before us. Otherwise they were excellent!
I am on floor 6D, everyone is super nice here. I had surgery on Thursday 4th. Everyone goes out if their way to make me feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I didn't mind, except for the revolving door. Gentleman at the desk was very kind . & Doctor Slivka's receptionist and nurses were amazing.
