Awesome except my last nurse it was up to her she was stuck me 20 times and she was upset when I made her get someone else
The security was respectful just doing their job all the staff was fine but the young lady that assisted us in the family room was so sweet I had my 3 great grand babies with me they kept bugging her for water she never seem to be bothered she got it for them her last name was McCullum I think but she was so sweet and did her job got them coloring supplies .
I have been with UPMC-Eye and EAR Nose,and Throut from May 15,1970, until April 14, 1985. I have received great healved care during my employment and still with doctors, UPMC Hospitals, and Pharmacy's that actcept my UPMC for Life HMO SNP Dual Card,and continuing.
I love the staff they are so friendly an show they really care for there patients everytime I hv to hv a transfusion.. at the cancer building up being the old Maxie saver 12
I was in for a yearly checkup and cat scan for my arotic dissection. Very happy I was in and out fast. Very friendly and helpful staff .
