Staff at Presby are always kind and welcoming. There is a woman at the desk on third floor near the bridge to EEI and Montefiore that is always so helpful and kind!
I had family members, there a few times, special on the neurologist floor4 floor always had only very good Care
I had to go to the 11th floor to go to the bathroom!!!! Unbelievable!! The 11th floor! I was on the 8th floor! Ridiculous! The cafe was very nice! The food selection.....pay area...... the seating was all very nice!
The staff was very independent and friendly and was willing to help out when we had a problem .
I myself had surgery last month. My first consultation was with Dr. Majid from that first appt I had with him I felt very comfortable. I met with him several times at the peach st office as well as west ridge office. He explained everything so that I was able to understand. He often drew on a piece of paper explaining to me where everything is. I'm so thankful for him he is such a caring person with exceptional bed side personality.
