Everyone was great discharge could be quicker and more planned, and timely. All in all good experience. Great care given.
The security guard when we went in to the ER was an IDIOT. He was eating at his station and it was like we were disturbing his meal. Or maybe he was racist.

The employees treated me like garbage was supposed to be discharges with the wound vac and was not, not sure whats going to come of my wound the infection is so close to my heart if the home health nurse cannot get thr wound vac for me i will be in deep trouble. The hospital was dirty they never came and cleaned my room i had to do that my own self. The staff had no bedsode manners they treated me as if i was nothing more than a pieve of dirt on thr bottom of their shoes. And that was dealt with over a 4 week stay. I wouldnt... read more

Over the last month I have been admitted to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. I have never been treated so well! I have been on 3 different floors and each floor handled things differently, but they all took such great care of me! I have felt so very bad, but they have managed to make me feel better.
Doesn't even deserve one star. Hate it more and more every time my mom has to come here because they mess something up and turn a simple appointment into an overnight stay at the ER.
Sick of Charlie Batch commercials...every 5 minutes...ugh
