UPMC is A fabulous place to work. Our HR team was inspired by the team spirit evident at the "HR All" event yesterday in Pittsburg. So happy to be UPMC Susquehanna !!!
I came to this facility after my ankle fusion surgery and this is the BEST Hospital that I have been to. The nurses and their assistants made me feel like I'm the only patient at the hospital. I never had to wait more than a couple minutes for anything. They are all very friendly and extremely kindhearted. I don't have any complaints about this establishment! Overall awesome if I could give it more than 5 stars I would!
I want to comment a labor and delivery nurse at Mercy, who gave me of her time today when I just stopped by. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but when I rang the bell to labor and delivery she came out and without hesitation and with a big smile made herself available to give me a tour of the unit. I was very impressed with her cheerful manner and with what she showed me and I just want to say "keep up the good work!"
All this company cares about is money. For 2 months I've been trying to get a claim resubmitted to my insurance company (I already paid the bill before realizing they needed to resubmit it to the insurance company), and when they did respond to my emails, all I got told was it was under review, now it's been weeks since anyone has even responded to my emails. Yet they turned my elderly father into a collector even AFTER we had been making payments and contacted them to make arrangements.
Everyone is so very nice and helpful!! Trust this Hospital and it's Staff!! <3
The wait to see a specialist is too long. When you or your child is sick you should not have to wait months to see a doctor. So frustrated
