Guillermo T. of Unique Services did a superb job of cleaning six years of dust and cat hair, etc., from the maze of air conditioning ducts in our home. My air con unit sad,y decided to break late July. We called Unique Air who have maintained the product since installation. An appointment was set up for July 4th, despite the holiday. Eric K., the service engineer attended and although he couldn't get the required part due to the holiday he tried his very best to try alternatives routes for us to have working air con again. I had my completely new Daikin A/C system installed the day after I selected it, and Corey and JR installed it with excellent efficiency in 7 hours total. I love the system, and I was impressed by their fast and expert work. Nothing but praise for these two excellent men.

This is our first experience with Unique Services and it was a great one. We has our air conditioning system replaced and it is a different between night and day. Our 2 service techs were Chris K & Anibal and their work is as professional as you would want. They arrived in the AM and completed the job by 5:00 PM. I am completely satisfied with there work and would recommend them to anyone needing air conditioner work.
