Just had our annual AC maintenance and Griff was outstanding. Arrived on time and did an exceptional job!

We just purchased a home in Florida last spring. When we arrived, last week our heat was not working. We contacted Unique on Saturday afternoon. We had a repairman here on Monday who diagnosed and fixed the problem. We had an appointment on Wednesday to review our options with Josh W., and a new unit for heat and air installed on Thursday, by Geury and Erick. Our experience was great from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend this company for their service and professionalism.
Chris C. came to our unit at 7:45pm to resolve a hot water heater problem. He had the most positive, friendly attitude and was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. What a building engineer, another plumbing contractor, and electrician during the day had not resolved, he corrected in 5 minutes! He displayed integrity and gave us some good advise on other work we will need to have done.
Wayne Hawkes our Service technician was extremely professional and polite. He answered every question and did a great job in providing service for our A/C unit. I would recommend him to anyone who needs great service and trustworthiness. Ken P.
I have had Unique Services handle my annual AC Maintenance needs since i purchased my unit from them. I have always received the most profession and courtesy service from this organization. I always feel that I'm a step ahead of potential problems with my AC because of the annual 2 visits. Today "Griff" provide my maintenance service and did a excellent job going out of his way to be sure the all was in perfect working order.
I am always impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the technicians and customer service @ Unique Services. The technician yesterday was Dylan W.
