We recently had one of our AC unit replaced by an outstanding team of Jerry and Troy. They were without a doubt the best installation technicians we have ever had. They were courteous, efficient and left the house extremely clean after the installation. They made sure we total understood everything prior to leaving. I would more than recommend these two outstanding assets of Unique Services. Thank you for a job well done.

My new air conditioning unit shut off, and the house got very hot! I am also concerned as I have 4 family members coming tomorrow, to stay with me. They found me a time for a service call, and John came to check out my unit. He found that a couple of things were not wired correctly from the install, 6 months ago. I am very grateful for his knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency, Grateful that they could work me into the schedule and give me the comfort and peace of mind that it will work during my family visit.

Agbor T. arrived on time and was a good representative of the business. He was polite, cheerful, diligent in his work effort, completed the semi-annual maintenance of 2 a/c units promptly. Unique has a rep of doing hard up-sells as techs are apparently on a commission basis. Mr. T. made the case for additional work/expense but was courteous and polite in doing so. A good rep of the enterprise.
They are quick to install the unit but if you have a problem they never call you back. I have had them out to my house about 10 times the first year because two of rooms are so hot they could not figure out why.Also I am suppose to have a 12 year labor warranty and I purchased the gold membership so that the cleaning services would be covered free of charge and I needed my UV light replaced and was told I would only have to pay 160.00 and now they are charging me labor. Zachary B. serviced our air conditioner yesterday and did a first rate job. He was thorough, polite, and explained everything he did clearly. He never made us feel that he was rushing to get to the next customer. We would be very happy to have him as the technician who services our unit on a regular basis.
We have used Unique Services for air conditioning for at least 7 years starting with a new unit. All of our contact with the office personal and maintenance techs has been good. Our last maintenance experience was with tech Agbor T. who was very informative and took his time to check and clean the entire unit, one of the best techs we have ever had.
