The service technician, Whizz, was professional and friendly. He went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. Although I am not the owner of this unit, I feel confident the inspection Whizz conducted was thorough and his recommendations worthy of consideration.
The service technician that was sent was excellent. His name is Whizz.He really had to research to determine what the problem was and he stuck with it. Other technicians may have given up. His effort was really appreciated.
Very professional. Arrived on time and checked out both units and gave me update. Changed filters snd checked drainage. Very pleased. Thanks for great service. *************
They would not change my parents water heater unless they changed all the pipes under the house. I realize that the gray pipe can go bad and it was a good idea to change it out. Then the quote was for $7500. That is outrageous and they take advantage of elderly people, luckily I found out and was able to have them go with another company that is doing more work for $3500 less. Shame on them!!!

This is the worst company I have every seen did damage to my home 3mos ago cant get them to call me . now that I called and complain and want the unit removed from my home just like the customer guarantees said none of the managers can pick up a phone and call . they have another company call me to schedule to do repairs after 3 mos of trying to get the work done what a company don't do business with this company they just worry about getting money from you and then the **** with you

Unique incorrectly installed a coil in our Lennox air handler, causing condensation to be sucked into our AC ducts. Over a six week period they tried to correct the issue, but none of the four different techs who came to house were able to fix. The last tech told me he'd done it perfectly and left, although problem persisted. I called another company and their tech recognized problem in about 5 minutes. July 2020. DO NOT BUY FROM, OR TRUST, UNIQUE SERVICES. Their equipment is shoddy and the customer service appalling. They installed a new system in November 2016, just over a year later the cooling coil failed, it took a week for them to order and replace it. Maintenance since then has been sporadic with changed appointments and no-shows. I highly recommend Unique Services for your air conditioning needs. I bought a brand new unit November 2019, and am extremely pleased. The customer service is outstanding from the sales, call takers, to the technicians. Today Mohammed came for a system check and I purchased an air scrubber to kill viruses, mold and bacteria. On Thursday Aug. 13th 2020, my A/C was not cooling the air in the house, I called Unique Services, since we got the A/C unit from Unique 3 years ago, Unique advertises 24/7 emergency service, but when I called at about 6:52 pm on Thursday, they did NOT have a technician available to come out until next day, Friday the 14th at 10am, when we bought the unit, it came with a warranty that covers parts and labor for any repairs, we have been paying Unique to service our unit every 6 months since then.
