Freddy A. came out today for a follow up service call. He corrected a couple minor issues from a junior technician?s service call. Freddy was courteous, nice, knowledgeable and fast. The junior technician was also very good and super nice. Nice to see a young man working hard. He?ll learn the tricks I?m sure. We have a fancy HVAC system, and the computer parts need certain handling post service. Freddy took care of that quickly and we are back in business. Unique technician/plumber Felix installed a new gas hot water heater at our home and did a terrific job Felix works very efficiently, quietly and neatly leaving our garage perfectly clean. He is a great asset to the company.
