Excellent service! Technician arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. David was my technician and I felt that I could trust his recommendation for my older Rheem unit ( 9 yrs ). Thanks David for the extra time you spent answering all my questions regarding my air conditioner. I was happy choosing Yes for my ac tune up.
We had them out to do a check on our air conditioner before hot weather arrived. According to the tech, the system was in bad shape. He called the supervisor who came. We had to sit at the kitchen table while he went through all the issues and prices for fixing. Minimum...$3000 New compressor and condenser coil..$8000 New system... $17,000 It was a very hard sell and he wanted a decision TODAY. I said I would get a couple other quotes and let him know. The service tech Mr Frank was on time and took his time with my A/c tune up. He identified a potential future problem with the flux capacitors in each unit which could lead to very expensive repair. I appreciate the attentiveness to my units to prepare them for the summer. Thanks
