I contacted ****** to arrange the purchase and installation of a top model water heater. I was primarily interested in the 12 year warranty that's standard. ****** contacted their contractor for my area. It was ARS. The problem I had was that ARS does not go to the ****** and bring desired model. Instead ARS brings the base model that they bulk stock and upcharges for extended warranty. John Bennett was very helpful. He took time to go over the thermostat settings with me and was very patient. He answered all my questions about my a/c unit and was very thorough.
I have had a great first time experience with ARS of Myrtle Beach from the person answering the phone to the two service people one for HAVC spring tube up and the plumbing for hot water heater replacement all done in one day. The service people were very professional and knew there job and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone that needed help.

Great customer service. Booking was quick and easy. They showed up when they said they were going to and the plumber (**) was knowledgeable and honest about the best path forward - and genuinely seemed to care about my best interests rather than selling me the most expensive option. Had our AC tune-up today with Brandon and we were quite pleased with his professionalism. ARS called to let us know that he was on his way and he arrived promptly. He was polite and willing to answer our questions.
