The technician was very kind and helpful and helped me advocate for the best service possible. HOWEVER, the company quoted me $552 dollars for a capacitor- something we got for $20 dollars. I felt completely take advantage of- just because it was hot and I was desperate for a fix due to having small babies in my home, this company had the audacity to upcharge me hundreds of dollars. In all, they quoted me over ***** dollars. I ended up getting my AC fixed for $125 elsewhere. I have lost all faith in this big company.

I called ARS to set up an air conditioning check up about a week out to make sure I would be available. Three and a half hours into my window they called and state dthat they were over booked for check *** but would reschedule me for two days later which I took the appointment. 5 years ago ARS installed my ** and Heating units. While they have been good in servicing my **/HU, now they have failed completely. One of the ** units was not working, and under my 10 year warranty for parts and labor, they came and inspected my **. So thankful for ****** who serviced our A/C. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He assessed our situation and explained and answered questions we had. He completed the job and now we have our units up and running. ??

Stay away from this company. Ive literally never written a review for anything, but these people have been so dishonest that I feel like I should write this. They installed an AC in my house that was defective. For two years, I asked them to fix it. Every month when I went to change my filters there was water on them. Every time I got someone to come to my house they told me that that was normal condensation, it wasnt until I called Carrier and a second AC company that they told me to call them back. My elderly parents had a compressor replaced in 2015 and then in 2019 the furnace had to be replaced. We have had to call numerous times about both not working properly and every winter we have to have them come out to switch the air to heat and vice versa in the summer switch it from heat to air. We were told this is a normal thing and only their technicians can do it. SCAM!!!!!!!! BAIT & SWITCH PRICING........On their Advertisement website it said $69 for drain clearing. I received a call to schedule an appointment. I confirmed the cost would be $69 to clear the vanity sink drain line. I explained the situation. They missed the appointment and called 30 minutes later stating they needed to reschedule to the following day at the same time. We signed a contract to purchase and install a Carrier air conditioning system May 29, 2022. The ARS Salesman (Ryan C*******) that represented **** *****said Carrier was the most dependable and the preferred system installed by **** *****.
