Two months after theyre attempt of fixing my issue, I had to call them back because another electrician wouldnt touch the illegal wiring they did to hold me overI waited three weeks before looking for this other help. Since I told them if they told longer than one week (waited two prior) then forget it. I only gave one star because Ill never have to deal with their company UNLESS once again their work falls through.

Technician did a thorough job cleaning and checking two hot water tanks and all sinks.

Terrible! ARS Rescue Rooter, of ********, *******, came out for a yearly Spring checkup and service. My HVAC is just three years old. They did not perform any service but their checkup determined I needed a new Ambient Sensor for $831.57 (parts and labor) and a Dual Run Capacitor for ****** (parts and labor). The service person stated that the parts were not covered under warranty. My warranty stated the parts are warranted for 10 years. I asked to speak to the manager. Really sorry we hired this Co. they put on a great show to get the sale after that their service is terrible. we had a new AC and Furnace installed and from day one we have had a terrible vibration and humming, so bad that a picture on the wall vibrate. We have made several calls they come out and have no solution. They were supposed to send out a installation crew on June 23rd it is now July 14 and we have not seen anyone or even got a call. ************************* was on time, professional and got my plumbing corrected in about 45 minutes I would definitely recommend Conway Services lets buy this man lunch, thank you ***** you were great l.

A negative star rating would be more appropriate for this company. I had Yes install a new air conditioning system back in 2014. Every year they came out and did quote routine maintenance on the system. Well my AC went out. When they came out. They said the condenser was out and it would cost $3,029.00 to fix it. Immediately after saying that, they said that due to the economy and inflation, it could take a few weeks to get the part. This company is TRASH! I called to have someone come look at my hot water heater that is leaking. Have had it for 16 years. We are aware it probably has to be replaced. Spoke with someone on Thursday evening, someone came out on Friday (late but it was communicated). Scheduled service for install on Saturday (TODAY) between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. Well that time came and went with no communication what so ever. No text, no phone call, NOTHING!
