The technician who provide my service was excellent He took the time most of the day to troubleshoot my problem. He made some repairs that didnt solve the problem. But he was relentless in his efforts to resolve my problem which ultimately did. He was great. Will not hesitate to hire them again. They are worth the money

They showed up their driver refused to go in and start work even though he was capable and able to .when I complain to the quality control person at Aksarben Plumbing I was told I was not understanding their system, I persisted and complained I was told somebody would get back in touch with me and ended up calling back five different times over a month and a half and never got past the quality control person it was like I was being blocked from complaining up the chain. and they overcharged me over $120 and on my last call w... read more

Installed a tankless water heater last year that turned out to be the wrong one. Was meant only for the inside. Replaced with a tankless navien and have had nothing but problems. No hot water multiple times. Brand new system and mother board had to be replaced. Now have to call again as the only way we get hot water is to unplug it and plug it back in. Even after that it takes forever to get hot water. Over $7,000 later and feel scammed. Worst experience ever. We wish we stayed with a regular hot water heater. Communication ... read more

This company makes promises and they don't follow up to completion. I purchased an ** System from **************** Conditioning and several things took place that left me unhappy with this company. First, although arranging financing was quick, I though I had signed up for an 18 month loan but when I printed and read the loan papers it is a 120 months (10 year loan), this a huge miss-understanding because I don't even remember the agent telling me this although he wrote is in the Installation Work Order. We purchased an a/c in Oct21. We received a customer guarantee. Our a/c stopped working within the 12 month warranty. The guarantee states if, for any reason, within (1) year of the date of the original invoice, the comfort system we installed in your home fails, we promise to restore your comfort for free within 24 hours of your call. If we fail to do so, not only will we fix it for free, but we will also write you a check for $555. They failed to meet those requirements. I bought a Carrier Unit through ********** back in 2018. ARS did the installation and for 4 years the unit was working normal. March of 2022 the ** wasn't blowing cold air. I called ARS and since it was past the 1 y year warranty, they sent a tech out for about $100. The tech discovered that the Capacitor from the Condenser wasn't working and the coils had a leak and was I lost freon. Parts are under warranty but labor and freon isn't. I set up an appointment and they did not show up or give me an explanation as to why they did not come. I had to send them a message and tell them that the technician did not show up. They gave me a different appointment. When the day came for my appointment, they sent me a message saying that the technicians van had a flat tire. After that, they sent someone else. At the end of the appointment the technician had me fill out a form and signed it. He did not give me a copy of the form, the information discusses or a receipt. ... read more

************** was professional, knowledgeable and timely. He did our bi-annual check for our HVAC unit with no problems found. He did have a couple of suggestions to better our our quality, which we declined.

My technician, **************, was excellent. Very professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem and made adjustments. Very reasonable cost. Called for appointment yesterday morning and requested a 2 pm appointment and ***** arrived promptly. He used house booties and, I was impressed at the value of his service.
