We hired this company to install a new HVAC system and vents and return plenums in October 2019. We paid 17k for there work and they didnt install our air ducts correctly and never put in supply or return plenums. We have been paying a electric **** of $350 plus since and this months is estimated to be $500 plus. My kitchen sinks clog about April,6. I called them that day morning and they came in same day afternoon about 5:00pm. After the guys looked at it and they snaked it. I have been charged ****** from my card for the job. i am thinking the price high for it. I called the company to ask the receipt to show me what they did, i haven't received. After a month i called again to ask a receipt i still haven't received anything so far.

** stopped cooling on a Friday (6/24). Diagnosis was a clogged condensing coil. Workers came out Saturday (6/25) and replaced the coil, plenum and overflow pan. Unbeknownst to me, the workers who replaced the coil did not reconnect the condensation drain line, resulting in water soaking the ceiling in the bedroom. Late Nov. 2020, we had an entire HVAC system installed. Around $17,000 and a 10 yr "warranty". June 2022 I noticed a leak coming from our ceiling. My husband went into the attic to check where the leak was coming from & it was coming from our AC unit's water filter tray overflowed. Ill make it simple I had a leak that was caused from them and they told me they would have to cut the ceiling out to fix the leak but because it was there fault that there insurance would cover the repairs by the way I was talking to one of there mangers the whole time that's who told me this stuff. We have a fairly new unit that was installed by Conway. 3 years old. The outside unit stopped working 3 days ago. They have been at the house twice. They said it was fixed and left. I called ARS out for a tune up on 2 ac units after a few minutes of checking the tech said I need to replace capacitors on both units at which he gave me the price which I thought was way over priced bit be I have an 80 year old mom along with wife and kids I did it against my better judgment. I just want buyers to be aware of their company they are out to rip off the average person.

They charged me $14,000 for the air conditioner that I have estimates for $6500.00 for the same unit fully installed and permits. Went to ********** about three weeks ago and decided to get an AC checkup/tuneup for $49.99. ********** contracted out this company.
